1. Bookings & Confirmation

• You can book online through our booking engine, by phone, by WhatsApp, or by sending a booking request or enquiry through this website.
• A booking request sent through the website is not a confirmed booking. Every booking is confirmed by a call from the hotel.
• Please provide accurate details. We may cancel bookings made with false or incomplete information.

2. Rates & Taxes

• Room rates are dynamic and may change based on dates and availability. Rates shown on this website are indicative "from" prices.
• Applicable taxes are charged in addition to the room rate.
• Conference Hall and Board Room pricing is available on request. Special combo pricing may be offered for corporate bookings.

3. Advance Payment

• Book now, pay at the hotel.
• If you are arriving after 4:00 PM, one day's tariff is needed as advance to guarantee the room.
• The room may be released if no advance is received and the guest has not arrived by the cut-off.

4. Cancellation, Refunds & No-show

• Cancel before 11:00 AM on the check-in date for a 100% refund of the advance.
• In case of a no-show, the advance is non-refundable.

5. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Our front desk is open 24/7.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Early-morning check-in is chargeable and may involve a short wait.

6. Identification & Registration

• Every guest must show a valid government photo ID and sign the Guest Registration Card (GRC). Check-in can be refused without ID.
• Couples are welcome. Both guests check in together, are photographed together for records, sign the GRC and show photo ID, as per Commissionerate Police guidelines.
• Guests under 18 cannot stay alone and must be with a responsible adult (18+). Age proof may be asked.

7. Occupancy & Conduct

• Single occupancy means one registered guest only. Unregistered overnight visitors are not allowed.
• Guests should carry a reasonable amount of luggage, as per security norms.
• Hotel Pragati follows local law and police guidelines and may cancel a booking without a refund for unregistered guests, suspicious activity or policy breaches.

8. Additional Services

• Pick-up and drop from the railway station and airport are paid services and must be booked in advance.
• Travel desk services such as car rentals and sightseeing are provided through trusted partners and may be subject to their own terms.
• Odia delicacies at The Platform are made to order — please order a little in advance.

9. Use of This Website

• We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but details such as facilities, photos and prices may change without notice.
• Photos on this website are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual room or space.
• Content on this website may not be copied or reused without our permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
